Archive Description | Oral History - Frank Briscoe Jr. Frank (Chip) Briscoe, Jr. is a descendent of an Old 300 family which bought property in Fort Bend County in the 1830s. He tells of his great great great grandfather, Parmenas Briscoe and the history of the land, which Chip still lives on. Chip is an architectural conservator who works on historic buildings, most recently along the Texas border near Laredo. He is also a consultant for the Foster Museum Association. |
