| Archive Description | Oral History - JoAnn Cangelosi Hargrove. Ms. Hargrove traces her family’s journey from Sicily, Italy in the 1880’s to Bryan, Texas to farm. Great Grandfather suggested that his son, Frank, come to Sugar Land to see the refinery operation. While there, Frank visited Stafford to see the fertile land and possibly buy property. They prospered farming, running a grocery store and a furniture store. This is a story of deep family connections. 11 Pages. |
