| Archive Description | Oral History - Kathleen Joerger Lindsey. Ms. Katherine Lindsey, age 98, offers this fact-filled interview of her life and accomplishments. Her family came to Texas in 1906. Ms. Lindsey became a lawyer, following in the career path of her father, F.X. Joerger. She practiced in Richmond, Texas from 1939 to 1979, her specialty was Abstract Law. Ms. Lindsey was instrumental in the formulation of the Fort Bend County Library System as well as The Richmond State School. |
