| Archive Description | Oral History - Buddy Blair Buddy Blair, born in Sugar Land as Andrew Blair, is a long time Sugar Land resident whose only time away from his hometown was when he served in the Air Force during the Korean War. His career was as an Engineering Draftsman for Imperial Sugar. He served on the second Sugar Land City Council for 16 years. In 2005 he and his wife were in their home when it was hit by lightening. They escaped but the house burned down. |
